Program Requirements
The Green Barn serves as our educational hub, and as a student volunteer, you will play a pivotal role in creating meaningful connections with our visitors. Your responsibilities will revolve around facilitating our renowned nature exchange program and assisting with scheduled scientific activities.
As a volunteer, you will:
- Assist the exploration of the Nature Exchange Program.
- Lead scientific activities with experiments, demonstrations, and interactive sessions.
- Nurture a love for learning and science.
- Gain knowledge of the physical sciences and environmental education.
Become a Student Volunteer

When contacting Human Resources, please provide them with the date(s) and the specific times you will be available to volunteer.
Dress Code
As a representative of the Green Barn Nature Exchange program, we ask that you adhere to our dress code. Please wear a plain white shirt (without logos) along with khaki pants, shorts, or skirts.
