Birthday Party Package

• $550.00 plus tax for 10 guests (minimum of 10 paid guests required)
• Maximum of 25 guests (for larger groups of 50+, contact Group Sales)
• Discounts available for Premium Members after meeting the 10 paid guest minimum

Choose Your Day and Time

Party time slots must be reserved online at least seven (7) days in advance. Once booked online, you will receive all guest tickets and vouchers along with additional day-of visit information via email.  Please print and provide them to your guests. No check-in is required on the day of your visit.

Party Time Slots:

• 11:30am – 1:30pm (meal & drinks will be delivered at 11:45am)
• 2:30pm – 4:30pm (meal & drinks will be delivered at 2:45pm)

Note: If your desired time slot does not display as an option on the calendar when you book your party package, it is no longer available on that date.

What's Included

• Full-day park admission for all guests (includes all rides and water play areas in operation on day of your visit)
• 2-hour party in dedicated The Party Place! where area is fully decorated with balloons and Gilroy Gardens birthday-themed table covers.
• Four picnic tables that seat 8-10 people each, with shade umbrellas
• Enjoy fresh catering for your group that includes 2 slices of pizza (cheese & pepperoni) per guest, plus Coca-Cola, Sprite and Water beverage service. Includes cups, utensils, and napkins.
• Every child receives one (1) voucher for Pitch ’n’ Win games, giving them the chance to play, win, and take home fun prizes.

What's NOT Included

We are unable to accommodate the following items as part of the Birthday Party Program at Gilroy Gardens.

• No cakes, cupcakes, candies, or outside food are permitted. We encourage you to add on our cookie platter, or take advantage of other tasty treats found throughout the park.
• No menu modifications or enhancements are available for this program. For a fully customized event, groups of 50 or more may book their celebration through Group Sales.
• No adjustments to the food & beverage delivery time are available.
• No time extensions are available. We request you promptly vacate the Party Place at the end of your allocated time so that it can be reset for future guests.
• No outside decorations are permitted including balloons, banners, or table covers.
