Contact security for assistance. If your group travels with a cell phone, we recommend you attach that number to your child. Wristbands are available at the Welcome Center, free of charge, for this purpose.
For your safety, do not enter unauthorized areas to retrieve lost articles. You may be seriously injured if you enter an unauthorized area. If you lose an article on a ride, you may notify a Rides Associate or check Lost & Found at the Welcome Center at the end of the day.
Any employee in uniform is trained to assist you in locating a Security Officer or contacting First Aid. Note: Dialing 911 from your cell phone will waste time, as these calls go to an outside agency, and we will be unaware that you require assistance.
Should a situation arise in which the Park is evacuated, please make note of the four major Emergency Exits found on our park maps. Emergency Exits are marked “EE” Wayfinding System.

- EE Monarch Garden – Between greenhouse and Quicksilver Express Mine Coaster, to main parking lot & First Aid.
- EE San Juan – Beside San Juan Grill restaurant, to back access across road.
- EE Water Oasis – Between Villa Pasta & Pizza restaurant and Water Oasis entrance, to back access road.
