Three Days of "Cherry Red, White & Blue" Weekend!
Come to Gilroy Gardens for a “Cherry Red, White, and Blue” 4th of July weekend—and the last few days of fruitastical family fun during our Cherry Jubilee! We’re firing up the grills for some smokin’ backyard BBQ throughout the three-day weekend. It’s also your last chance to enjoy all the spectacular entertainment, exciting competitions, and cherry-themed treats of the Cherry Jubilee.
All-You-Can Eat Backyard BBQ
Bring your appetite and enjoy a mouthwatering all-you-can-eat backyard BBQ at South County Grove. It’s the ultimate way to fuel up for fun during your “Cherry Red, White and Blue” celebration!
Backyard BBQ includes:
- Kickin’ Cherry BBQ Chicken
- All-Beef Jumbo Hot Dogs
- Spaghetti with Marinara
- Western-Style Chili Beans
- Salad & Garlic Bread
- Cherry Italian Ice
- Coca-Cola branded beverages and water.

Three meal times available at 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm on July 4, 5 & 6 only. Note that BBQ does not include park admission.

Honoring our Military and First Responder Heroes
During “Salute to Heroes,” all active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and ER professionals get FREE admission all three days, July 4-6 (plus 50% off general admission for up to six guests). Just show valid ID at front gate to claim this special offer.
Guests can also get $25 off general admission (for up to six guests) when they donate an 8-ounce or larger sunscreen for deployed military care packages in partnership with Operation Gratitude.
Last Weekend for Cherry Jubilee
4th of July Weekend is also your LAST CHANCE to experience “Cherrymania” during the Gilroy Gardens Cherry Jubilee, a sweet celebration of food and family fun.
Celebrate Gilroy’s cherry harvest with spectacular entertainment, cherry-infused delights, interactive games, and cheerful cherry characters throughout the park. It’s full of “cherr-ific” activities for all ages.
The Cherry Jubilee is open daily from June 6 through July 6 and included with regular park admission. This event is FREE for 2025 Premium and Value Members.
