"A Charlie Brown Christmas" show from Knott's Merry Farm
Designed just for little ones, this charming show features the whole Peanuts Gang, in a gentle performance that expresses the true meaning of Christmas. Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus and Sally sing and dance live at Lakeside Amphitheater once nightly at 7:30pm. Seating is limited. Santa's Workshop
Run by our Docent volunteers, this location is all about the children! Whisper your secrets to Santa or write him a letter and deposit it in our Santa mailboxes, all FREE with admission. Photos with Santa are extra and provided for purchase. No personal photography, please.
Lighting Displays
Millions of twinkling lights greet Guests as Gilroy Gardens is transformed into a Winter Wonderland. From our giant Toy Soldiers at the Front Gate, through Candy Cane Lane, to the majestic redwoods in Sugar Plum Plaza the Park comes alive as night falls! Conifer topiaries sparkle in Claudia's Garden, glittering palm trees line the pathways, Gingerbread Corner dazzles with giant children’s displays and Coyote Lake’s animated figurines delight the senses.
12 Days of Christmas
Five Golden Rings? The South County Backroads car ride has been transformed into the 12 Days of Christmas! Drive antique cars through three acres and view lighting displays with Drummers Drumming, Pipers Piping, Lords-a-Leaping, Ladies Dancing, Maids-a-Milking, Swans-a-Swimming…and...a Partridge in a Pear Tree!
Ice Skating under the Stars at the North Pole Ice Palace
Bring your own blades and skate for FREE on our 40x80 foot skating rink. Or you can rent skates at the rink. This is the perfect first skating experience with safety cones for the children! All Guests on the ice must wear skates for safety, adult chaperones included. Ice skate rentals are $9.00 for adults, and $6.00 for children ages 12 and younger.

The North Pole Express train ride is the fastest way to get to the North Pole Ice Palace and Santa's Workshop. In addition, most of the Park’s other rides and attractions will be in operation. These rides are open 4:30pm to 9pm:
